Résumé – defined as brief account of someone's earlier training or experience. However, as we know in the film industry, the work required to make an actor is much more than what is represented briefly on a page. It's the determination and dedication behind each credit earned, workshop taken, and skillset built. It's the person's heart and soul that willfully infuses with the character.

It's the adoration for what we do and why we do it. The résumé is just something to be proud of – because as it grows, it means we have continued to grow. It is a distinct display of our progress. And when embraced as a tool of development, it is a compelling motivator to continually achieve a new level of outstanding performance.
